Our local market area includes much of Mohave County, as well as adjoining markets in Laughlin, Nevada, and Needles, California, and according to projections, by the year 2050, the communities of Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, and Kingman (including the various bedroom communities located in close proximity to these incorporated areas), will be the third largest metropolitan area in Arizona behind Phoenix and Tucson, and it is this gorwth what should keep property values in our market area strong.
