One thing you will notice about homes in Havasu, is that the square footage of garage space, can be as much as, if not more (and sometimes a lot more) than the square footage of living space, that’s because Havasu is a year-round playground, with much of the summer spent on the lake in a boat, or jet-ski, and the winter months, spent in the desert, on or in a sand rail, quad, side-by-side, or dirt bike, and in addition to all these toys (which include Street/Hot Rods, too), you need something to haul them with, and of course, a place to stay while you’re out playing (i.e., an RV or toy hauler), and when you’re not playing with your toys, you need a place to keep them, so in Havasu, it's safe to say that

"GARAGES RULE!"
