Properties located on or near a golf course are some of the most desirable and sought after properties in our market, and therefore, are also some of the more expensive properties, however, as is often the case with investing in the stock market, some of the most expensive stocks, represent some of the best values in the market, likewise, more desirable properties in a given market, tend to hold their value (maybe even increased in value), when values of other properties in that market are declining.
