There are currently over 11,000 properties in the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors Database, approximately 400 of which fall into the foreclosed, bank owned, and/or short sale category, and with properties being added, sold, or listings being updated daily, keeping tabs on current inventory can be extremely time consuming!

Therefore, rather than searching property listing for hours, you can simply click on the “Custom Property Search" button below, fill out the request form, and information on only those properties that meet your specific requirements will be emailed directly to you, and for those properties that catch your eye, simply send me an email message with the listing number of the property(s), and I can provide additional information.

And please don’t feel intimidated by providing me your contact information, I know what it's like being bugged by people trying to sell me something, so I’m not going to bug you, just tell me what want, need, or desire me to do, and I will provide whatever service(s) you would like me to provide, and I will, in a professional, but friendly manor, hey, this isn’t rocket science, but it does take a diligent and deliberate effort to review, identify, and purchase a property that’s right for “YOU!”
